• No client or non-client is authorized to, at any time, now or in the future, use my art in any process/material related to NFTs or NFT/cryptography/blockchain. Do not contact me about NFTs; I will not create them.
• The use of my art for AI learning, scraping, or generation is prohibited.
• The commissioned work may be published on my social media, used in portfolios, and/or exhibited. I do not claim rights to any original characters but reserve the rights to the art itself. If you have any reason to disallow this, it must be considered before hiring me.★ COMMISSION REQUEST ★

THE COMMISSION INCLUDES:
The commission includes 2 sketch/color revisions and sketch updates.
(The order may take anywhere from one week to one month to complete, depending on the complexity starting from the sketch phase.)
The final file will be sent in PNG format. Other file formats must be requested in advance.
If more than 2 sketch/color and value revisions are required, an additional fee will be charged.
All major changes must be made during the draft phase.
Any additional major changes WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE after project approval.
Solutions for my own mistakes will be provided free of charge.
....★ PAYMENT ★
All payments must be made in advance via PayPal in US dollars or via Pix in Brazilian reais.
All payments will be made through an invoice sent by me.
All payments are made before work on the active commission batch begins.
Commissions will start after I receive full payment.
(They will begin in the order you signed up. You can track your commission status through my Notion by clicking the link I provided.)
Cancellation Fee: $40 – Cancellation is available during the draft phase (no refunds will be issued once the piece is in the line art and painting phase).

COMMISSION PROCESS
Once I receive all the commission details, I will calculate the price.
Once the price is agreed upon, the PayPal invoice will be sent to you, and work on the sketches will begin.
Please note that orders are processed chronologically, and it may take some time to receive the sketches.
Once the sketch is approved (with changes applied if possible), the line art and coloring phase begins.
Please note that you forfeit your right to a refund once the painting phase begins. (For more information, see the PAYMENT section.)
You will receive 1-2 updates about your order during the painting phase to ensure everything is to your liking. For more complex pieces, the number of updates may increase. (Commission work is a team effort. This is how we can create your piece exactly as you imagined.)
Lack of communication will result in delays in the commission work.
Failure to provide feedback for more than 10 days will be considered abandonment of the item.
In case of an emergency, you or your contact must notify me to prevent the ordered piece from being discarded.
Once the piece is completed, you will receive a low-resolution preview for approval.
After approval, the final piece will be sent to you.

★ COPYRIGHT/USAGE ★
The commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist, Lyri. Once payment is made, the client will have the right to use the art for personal purposes, as described in the Copyright section. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. If a commercial use license or copyright transfer is needed, please inform me in advance.I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
Promote myself with the artwork anywhere.
Display it wherever I choose (website, social media, galleries, etc.).
Post it on social platforms.
*Note: If you have any objections to this, I am absolutely willing to discuss the matter in advance.THE BUYER IS ALLOWED TO:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless otherwise agreed (you may upload it to all your social media profiles, forums, etc., as long as you credit me).
Print the art for personal use and claim the characters as their own, but not the art itself. It cannot be printed for sale unless the rights fee has been paid.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
Reproducing/using the artwork commercially without permission.
Claiming ownership of the artwork.
Removing my signature.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Selling it as NFTs.
Using it for AI learning, scraping, or generation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE COMMISSIONS:
The artist, Lyri, reserves the right to refuse orders involving explicit or offensive content or those that go against her values and personal focus. The artist also reserves the right to decline orders at any time, especially if she is unable to meet the client’s requirements or the stipulated deadline. If the artist decides to stop work for any reason, the money will be refunded to the client, but a cancellation fee may or may not be applied. The fee will be determined based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
